Your role as an IT architect will be to perform complex tasks from A to Z in the field of projects with focus on cyber and information security of public administration information systems.

Job Description, powers and responsibilities:
The position being filled mainly involves participation in the following activities: the ICT architect/designer performing or managing highly professional creative activities in the field of ICT design.
- Studies and sets directions for the technical development of information technology, proposes solutions to optimise and increase the efficiency of computing resources
- Designs the basic architecture of information systems, their components and interconnections
- Ensures the design, architecture of the IT structure, specification of its elements and parameters, appropriate software and hardware infrastructure according to the basic specification of the solution
- Is responsible for the processing and management of project documentation and for verifying compliance of the implementation with the documentation
- Provides consultation, advice and training in the area of their specialisation
- ICT architect, designer analyses, creates and consults solutions at the level of complex IT systems and IT architectures, especially at the level of application equipment, infrastructure systems, networks, etc.
- Ensures that the architecture design and/or solution meets the contractually agreed requirements in terms of scope, quality and cost of the overall service/solution. Project management from the project definition phase to project delivery and subsequent support management definition
- presenting interim and final solutions
- defining and allocating resources needed to implement the planned projects
- participation in the development of the project implementation plan
- ongoing control, supervision and updating of project plans
- communicating with collaborators and other work groups by phone, email, attending face-to-face and video meetings
- monitoring progress and reporting project status to management
- monitoring and managing risks
- managing change procedures and implementing changes within the project
- managing relationships with external suppliers and subcontractors
- managing external suppliers and subcontractors
- quality control and project handover
- preparation and continuous updating of project documentation
- commenting on contracts being drawn up and working with the project contract on an ongoing basis
- communication and identification of ISVS operator needs
- drafting expert opinions and reports in the field of ISMS KIBs
- establishing and continuously improving a consistent framework of procedures and measures in the field of ISVS CIB
- within the framework of the projects being addressed, preparing opinions on papers submitted for inter-ministerial commenting procedure from the point of view of their impact on informatisation and their compliance with legislation in the field of CIB, ISVS security and critical infrastructure
Candidate requirements:
- IT expertise – UML, CASE, Web services, XML, XSD, OWL
- experience in creating architectures in the field of KIBs for IS VS environment
- experience in processing and preparation of technical and project documentation for the proposed solution
- experience in cyber threat analysis using technical means of KIB (security devices)
- ability to describe cyber threats
Education and experience required:
- university II. degree,
- minimum 5 years experience in the development of cyber security IS architectures
- minimum 3 years practical experience in the development, design of cyber security solutions
