    Job Information:

    We are looking for a smart team member for our team called BRISK (Behavioural Research and Innovation Slovakia), responsible for accelerating the user experience/user quality of digital services of the state, for the topic of UX (User experience/user quality of services). The team was established 3 years ago and our mission is to bring behavioural innovation to public administration. We are an accelerator of user quality of government services and websites; we are an advisory body for ministries and partners. We are working on the following projects: development of an IDSK unified design system, slovensko.sk 2.0, korona.gov.sk, small improvements call for e-Gov services. In addition, we train public administration employees and organise professional conferences. We meet many inspiring and competent people. We are enthusiastic about our work, the outputs of which have the real potential to improve e-services in Slovakia. The strength of our team comes from within.     Job Description, Responsibilities:

    Your main task will be:

    • supporting team members in accelerating the application of user quality practices and principles to the state e-services and Web sites (i.e., preparing supporting materials and inputs needed for the work of the department),
    • support for team members in the area of communication with individual sectors (ministries) in the application of the first legislative material for the area of UX, the so-called „UX Decree“ (Decree 547/2021 Coll. on the electronisation of the public administration agenda),
    • collecting suggestions for further acceleration of the User experience theme in the eGovernment area,
    • provide administrative support activities related to the field of the Behavioural Innovation Department,
    • collaborate in testing proposals for service and website improvements and in providing support to individual sectors (participation and support in A/B testing, RCT testing, satisfaction surveys),
    • collaborate in the implementation of Sprint Design for customers (Public Authorities),
    • collaborate in the development of training documents for User Quality.

    Candidate requirements:

    • experience with UX/UI design,
    • experience with user journey design, site information architecture,
    • use of Figma or similar software welcome,
    • experience in prototyping the proposed solution welcome,
    • good communication skills,
    • conscientiousness and reliability,
    • ability to work as part of a team.

    Education and experience required:

    • university degree II
