    We are looking for an experienced Architecture Coordinator to join our team responsible for managing business and application architecture. Our goal is to create quality public services for all with an end-user focus. We apply a product approach, behaving as a solution owner, defining the architecture, roadmap and functionality according to user requirements.     Job Description, Responsibilities:

    Your main task will be:

    • coordinate the development of key strategic documents
    • oversee the implementation of objectives of the strategic documents
    • identify indicators to monitor the implementation of the objectives of strategy papers, analyse implementation thereof
    • develop a methodology for reporting on the analysis of implementation
    • provide methodological support and guidance at indicator reporting level
    • preparing background for legislative changes
    • participate in the provision of tasks arising for the Slovak Republic from international treaties and policies in the field of eGovernment

    Candidate requirements:

    • excellent organisational skills, task delegation and coordination
    • willingness to take responsibility
    • advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • administration and reporting
    • communication skills
    • pleasant demeanour
    • ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • conscientiousness and reliability
    • previous work in similar position, experience in the IT field
    • knowledge of project planning and management tools (JIRA, MS Project)

    Education and experience required:

    • university degree II
    • advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • practical experience in administration and reporting
