Salary conditions (gross): From EUR 1,340,50 gross/ The resulting salary is competitive with the private sector and will depend on the candidate’s experience and expertise.
Job Information:
As a lawyer-specialist in the field of public administration information technology law, you will be responsible for drafting legislation in this area, implementing control activities and designing control measures.
Job Description, Responsibilities:
Your main task will be:
- conceptual, coordination and control activities in the field of informatisation of society,
- proposing measures to remedy deficiencies identified in the course of audits,
- carrying out activities relating to the process of drafting legislation and other materials, in particular, in the field of information technology law, commenting on legislative and non-legislative materials and drafting proposals for legislation
Candidate requirements:
- knowledge of legal regulations, especially in the field of administrative law, experience in electronic public administration an advantage
- English language level B2
- PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook, Internet
Education and experience required:
- higher education II. degree, legal studies,
- 3 years relevant professional experience in law, preferably in legislation
