Type of employment: temporary civil service
Salary conditions (gross): From 2,500 EUR gross/ The resulting salary is competitive with the private sector and will be based on the candidate’s experience and expertise.
Job Information:
As a Product Owner, you will own the selected life situations of citizens. Your role will be to define the future vision, develop the action plan for modifications and coordinate the work team. Using eGovernment tools, you will create new or streamlined processes that will simplify the daily lives of citizens.
Job Description, Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Clearly define problems/improvements and propose solutions relevant to the life situation of a citizen
- Develop a strategic roadmap to implement the vision of a life situation
- Coordinate and manage activities in collaboration with other teams (architecture, UX) and ministries
- Actively manage the product backlog in collaboration with the development team
- Develop or ensure the development of product and user documentation
- Collaborate with UX research, data, project, development and other teams across the MIRDI as well as other ministries and other public authorities
- Help to improve the existing processes or introduce new ones that will contribute to more effective management
- Be an innovator, disrupting the status quo and proactively presenting new ideas and solutions
Candidate requirements:
- IT experience
- Analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking
- Ability to work independently
- Communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Education and experience required:
- Higher education – Master’s degree level
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT
- Marketing experience
